Today begins the Red Serpent Wavespell — a 13-day cycle in the Mayan (Tzolkin) synchronic calendar that invites us to delve deeply into life force, regeneration, and instinctual wisdom.

Know that I teach the discernment that comes from deep feeling. Not everything goes through the mind — there are truths that only the body recognizes. Pay attention to the subtle signs: a shiver, a knot in the stomach, a heat that runs up the spine. These are messages to guide you.
