Yin and Yang: Embrace Polarities to Co-create a New Energy.

Often, on the spiritual path, we hear about the importance of vibrating high, maintaining positive thoughts and expanding the light, right? And yes, this is essential and powerful, but when we are in states of joy, love, and fulfillment, we can radiate this vibration even more to the collective. However, our journey is not limited to this luminous aspect.

There are many good things, and when we are feeling good, it is wonderful to focus on and expand these frequencies. But when we are not feeling well, we also learn from the experience and have the chance to transmute this into something better and co-create very powerful experiences here.

Every yang has its yin. ☯️

And, as uncomfortable as it may be at times, there is no reason to run away. It is part of our human process to transit through different rooms (frequencies) and the great secret lies precisely in learning to welcome and transmute what presents itself in density. By transmuting and embracing the parts of yourself that remain in the shadows, you are, YES, helping to co-create new and magical experiences here. 🩷💛💙

The Role of the Shadow.

In an intimate conversation I had in the last days of my Tower cycle with my own shadows, the message they brought was very clear and liberating...

We are the desire you judged as ugly.

The ambition you mistook for ego.

The loneliness you treated as weakness.

The courage to say "no" that you called hardness.

We are the scream that got stuck in your throat every time you swallowed what you thought.

We are the strength you silenced for fear of disturbing.

We are the truth you put off — so as not to displease, so as not to "make a mistake."

But now you see us.

And that is EVERYTHING.

You no longer have to pretend everything is okay when it isn't.

You no longer need to fit into clothes, phrases or patterns that constrict your soul.

You no longer need to explain yourself.

You can say:

"I don't want to see anyone today."

"Today I want to shine."

"Today I want silence."

"Today I want to be mine."

And all of this is love.

Because love isn't just sweetness. Love is truth.

You don't need to kill ourselves to evolve.

You just need to love ourselves.

If you reject us, we return.

If you welcome us, we dissolve into light.

With this internal reflection, I understood that denying the shadow doesn't make it disappear. On the contrary, it manifests itself in even more intense ways when it's not heard. Our shadows are parts of us that cry out for attention and understanding. Instead of pretending they don't exist, we can look at them without judgment, understanding their language and allowing them to fulfill their role of learning.

Embracing the shadow doesn't mean drowning in it, but rather recognizing it as an integral part of our being. When we accept these inner parts, we open space for them to transform into creative power. The negative polarity is as important and sacred as the positive, aiding our process of inner transformation, inner frequency work. 🪄

Neither positive nor negative: Neutrality.

We often think that positive is always good and negative is always bad. But the truth is that this is just an interpretation, a point of view.

The experience itself is neutral: what colors it is how we react. Judging what we've learned isn't the best way to look at it, since we understand that everything in the universe is right and working in our favor.

This is where true alchemy occurs: when we stop judging and start observing. Thus, we understand that both light and shadow are forces that help us co-create reality. Neutrality shows us that there is no "right" or "wrong," but rather a constant opportunity to choose how we will deal with the situations that arise.

Today, I invite you to release everything that weighs you down, transforming emotions into flow.

I leave here a brief reminder that our inner transformation happens precisely when we recognize that we are a WHOLE — light and shadow — and that both polarities are fundamental when we consciously seek to co-create a new energy here, from our own. When we understand this, we can manifest from the totality of our being.

Not only from what seems beautiful and illuminated, but also from what seemed to attack us. After all, even the lion that appears as shadow can become an ally, defending and strengthening us. 🦁✨

The invitation is simple and profound:

In moments of light, expand, shine, radiate.

In moments of shadow, embrace, transmute, learn.

Because in both cases, you are co-creating. What matters is not the label "positive" or "negative," but how you react. It is this conscious choice that paves the way for a fuller, more balanced life aligned with your soul's purpose.

Declaration of Integration.

Today, with full awareness, I say YES to all that I Am.

I say yes to the light that guides me and also to the shadow that taught me. I say yes to what I once was, to what hurt me, to what I kept silent, to what I hid to fit in. I say yes to the courage to shed the masks that no longer serve me.

And yes to the new cycle of the Star — translucent, alive, true — the cycle of integrated authenticity.

I no longer need to hide my ambition, my desire, my silence, my loving rebellion, my desire to be alone, my pleasure in being intense, my choice not to please.

Everything in me has a place.

Today, I gather the parts that remained exiled. Today, I make room for my wholeness to dwell.

I allow myself to be paradoxical: Sweet and firm. Witch and priestess. Sensual and sacred. Silent and powerful. Free and committed… to myself.

From now on, I choose to live without shrinking. I choose to be without asking permission. I choose to love myself even in the moments when I am learning to love myself. I no longer abandon myself. And I no longer abandon any part of myself.
