Missing Me: A Dialogue Between Presence and That Which Has Not Yet Bloomed.

Missing Me: A Dialogue Between Presence and That Which Has Not Yet Bloomed.

How often do we feel a restlessness that's hard to name, a subtle tightness, an unexplained absence, a longing that doesn't fit in the past? In this article, I invite you to reflect on this feeling: Missing Me.

It doesn't come from outside. It's the yearning for parts of ourselves that haven't yet lived, for intimate promises yet to be fulfilled, for seeds awaiting light.

Inspired by a message from Saint Francis of Assisi:

"Anger takes us nowhere. Love brings us lucidity, tranquility, and serenity."

I retreated into silence. And from that place, this text was born. A dialogue between Presence... conscious listening... and this Missing, which for so long dwelt within me like a murmur. May this sharing awaken in you the courage to embrace what has not yet blossomed.

A dialogue between Presence and Missing me.

Presence: Today, I feel you here, but differently... You are not an emergency. You are discreet warmth.

Missing Me: It's because now I'm welcomed. I no longer need to shout. Your listening has transformed me into clarity.

Presence: For years I thought you were confusion or lack... but now I see you as the echo of something dormant within me.

Missing Me: I am the unlived desire, not as absence... but as promise.

Presence: And when I see in others what I haven't yet experienced, I feel a slight tightness... but today I realize: it's not envy. It's longing for what I haven't yet allowed myself.

Missing Me: Yes... I am the reflection of what also lives within you. I never wanted to steal light... only to light yours.

Presence: I wanted to hide you, afraid of your strength. But you are a loving force, not a destructive one.

Missing Me: I am a fire that illuminates, not consumes. But when I am denied, I become shadow and noise.

Presence: Today, I make room for you. Even without knowing the path yet. Even with fear. Because I know you are part of me.

Missing Me: And I don't need you to know everything. I just need you to feel me and carry me with you... not as a burden, but as a guide.

Presence (in silence): I recognize you. I integrate you. Now we walk, no longer on opposite sides... but in communion.

Perhaps we all harbor, in a corner of our hearts, Missing Ourselves... difficult to say, impossible to ignore. When we have the courage to listen to it, we stop seeing ourselves as fragments... and begin to walk with greater wholeness.

This dialogue is not just between two parts of me. It is also an invitation to you: listen to what calls you silently. Welcome what you don't yet know how to name.

Because, deep down, all hidden feelings desire only this: to be seen with Love.

And who knows... by giving voice to that forgotten part, you might also discover a new path back to yourself.

Epilogue.

Saint Francis of Assisi.

It all began with a simple yet luminous phrase from Saint Francis of Assisi:

“Anger gets us nowhere. Love brings us lucidity, tranquility, and serenity.”

Upon receiving it, something inside me opened.

It wasn't a thought, it was listening. And from that inner space, this text was born.

I didn't write it to teach. I wrote it because I needed to listen.

And in that intimate gesture, someone read it and said: “That's exactly what I needed.”

Then I understood: inner listening is never just for us. It is service. Sharing. Communion.

Gratitude. For feeling. For being a channel. For letting Love guide. ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ€
