Practical Course of Self-Mastery - CLASS 03: "Beyond the Ego and the change of Consciousness".

Welcome to our third Self-Mastery class inspired by the studies in the book Letters of Christ! 🤍

Have you ever had that moment when you look in the mirror and think, "Who is that person looking back at me?"

I'm not talking about physical appearance... I'm talking about that strange feeling that there's something much bigger inside you, but you can't access it. As if you're constantly playing a character, but you've completely forgotten who you are without the mask.

If this has happened to you, get ready! Today we'll delve into what could be the most transformative discovery of your journey: who you really are behind all the facades you present to the world.

In the previous class, with the help of the Letters of Christ, we dethroned our "overprotective guardian" — the ego. But now an even deeper question arises: if we are not just this small, conditioned self... then who are we really?

To answer this, I'll take you to an experience that completely changed Sananda's perspective — and that could revolutionize yours too. We're talking about those famous 40 days in the desert, when he discovered his true divine nature.

The Principle of Everything: The Universal Mind.

Before we dive into this transformative experience, I need to show you something that will completely change how you see reality.

In the Christ Letters, right at the beginning, Sananda delivers an alchemical gem:

"The Universal Laws of Existence relate ONLY to the 'activities of consciousness'... and are exact and indestructible... they are NOT rewards or punishments from 'God.'"

🌟 How liberating! There are no divine punishments! There is only the Law of Cause and Effect operating through consciousness. Everything you experience is the result of the "activities of your mind"—your thoughts, beliefs, and mental patterns that attract corresponding experiences.

The Alchemical Formula of Creation:

Consciousness → Vibration → Manifestation

Your mental creations become electrical particles that organize themselves and appear as solid experiences in your life. It's literal: you are the co-creator of your reality.

Therefore, Sananda always reinforces: "You cannot make permanent changes in your life unless you change your consciousness."

The EGO on the Path of Inner Transmutation.

A practical example of what happened to me when I decided to change my life, but I wasn't even starting to shift my consciousness: I already shared in class 2 how my ego sabotaged me when I thought I was a "spiritual master" smart enough to neglect the basics (prayer + daily meditation). But before that, there was another moment when it severely sabotaged me, and I ignored it…

As soon as I began my spiritual awakening process, I was thirsty for transformation. I discovered holistic therapies and thought: "Now I'll figure it out! I'll fix my whole life!"

I began with a training in the Akashic Records, imagining it would be my shortcut to accessing my purpose and understanding more about myself. In the first practice, a universe of possibilities opened up: it felt like I was accessing a library with access to any topic about myself… Wonderful, isn't it? But then came the sabotage.

My ego immediately convinced me: "You don't have time for this. What if it's all in your imagination? You don't have the experience…" And endless excuses made me abandon the practice without delving deeper into the most important thing: looking at my shadows (that black box where all our traumas, prejudices, limiting beliefs inherited from our ancestors reside…).

I wasn't prepared for the tedious part of awakening. I wanted to access only the "light," without going through the necessary inner cleansing. The consequence? I let myself be convinced by the ego's stories — which was acting on the impulse of protection (remember the previous class?).

Result? I had one of the most challenging years of my life. I opened an internal Pandora's box and ran away, hoping someone would deal with the "demons" that were, in fact, just less educated versions of myself waiting to be healed.

The brutal lesson: the more knowledge we acquire, the greater our responsibility to deal with our inner mess. That's why you'll hear me repeat it over and over again: beware of the Ego! Be prepared to deal with beliefs and paradigms as you delve deeper into your Self-Mastery, for our beloved guardian may want to sabotage us at all costs. Don't lose sight of it.

The Desert Experience: The Divine Instruction Manual.

Now I'll tell you what really happened when Sananda connected directly with the Creative Source — and why this is the instruction manual you need for your own path.

✨ The Inner Cleansing Process

"MY SIX WEEKS IN THE DESERT were a time of total cleansing of my human consciousness. Old attitudes, beliefs, and prejudices were dissolved."

Here is the alchemical recipe for Self-Mastery: complete cleansing of consciousness (what I was avoiding doing back in the Akash).

It's not an easy process, but it's accurate. To receive universal truth, Sananda needed to discard everything that had polluted his mind until then (I hope you're not shocked to think that he was a human like us up until that point, and yes, he had several paradigms that needed to be released to access the truth).

✨ The First Direct Contact

When he finally established a connection with the Source, Sananda described:

A state of ecstasy and joy

Deep inner harmony

Absolute peace

A feeling of perfect fulfillment

Absolute certainty of being in tune with the Creator of all

Even if you seek this contact from a moment of pain, during — or immediately after — a sincere prayer, you need to feel this change of state.

✨ The Great Revelation

"I understood that the 'Creative Power' I was experiencing was infinite, eternal, universal, filling all space beyond the sky, the oceans, the Earth, and all living things. I saw that THAT was the MENTAL POWER. It was the CREATIVE POWER of the MIND."

The discovery that changes everything: The All is MIND! God is not a separate entity judging your actions. It is the Great Consciousness from which everything emerges — including you. Creator and Created are One.

Two Sides of the Same Coin.

Here's Sananda's perfect analogy: our individual consciousness is like a candle flame compared to the great Sun. 🕯️☀️

Same essence, different intensities.

You are not separate from the Creative Source — you ARE an extension of it, experiencing individuality through the ego (when balanced) or being dominated by it (when unbalanced).

The Overprotective Parent vs. The Authentic Child.

Remember the analogy of overprotective parents?

When the ego completely dominates, you become that child who no longer knows how to choose anything for themselves. You've lost your personality, your ability to make decisions. You become dependent on the "guardian" for everything.

But when you reestablish direct contact with your Divine Spark, something magical happens: you remember who you truly are. ☀️

Alchemical Experiment: Direct Contact.

The time has come for you to experience your own "inner desert":

1️⃣ Choose a sacred time each day (even if it's just 10 minutes).

2️⃣ Place where you won't be interrupted

3️⃣ Cell phone on silent, away from you

⚠️ Conscious Prayer: Don't pray like a beggar or a servant. Speak as a beloved child speaks to their father. Remember: He IS the love that conceived you and gave you life. He is not a distant Being, but as close as your breath.

4️⃣ Connect: "Creative Source, I know you are here within me."

5️⃣ Cleanse: "Release from me everything that no longer serves my evolution."

6️⃣ Ask: "Reveal to me my true nature and purpose."

7️⃣ Listen: Be silent and observe the feelings that arise. Keep watching for inspirations that emerge in the coming days.

🔑 The Question that Changes Everything.

After everything I've shared, I want you to reflect deeply on this question: "Who are you — really — behind the facade you present to the world?"

Not the ego's answer (profession, social roles, conditioned personality). But who you Are in your purest essence?

When you can access this answer through direct contact with the Source, your life will never be the same.
