What is Hypnagogia?

Once in the game, he felt as if he were seeing everything in slow motion — a state similar to the hypnagogic state, where the mind had already rehearsed each play. 📘 Write it down immediately: Keep a notepad nearby to capture thoughts, images, visions, sensations, or fragments that arise.

Over time, you can better control this threshold, tune into ideas, perceive spiritual messages, or create mental sequences for important projects.
One of the techniques taught in projectiology to enter the hypnagogic state and even to facilitate the projection of consciousness is the "forearm" technique.
How the forearm technique works: Lie supine (facilitates lucidity) and place your forearm upward. When you relax your muscles to sleep, your forearm will drop and you will "wake up," allowing you to gain insights.
Personally, I use my own method: when I wake up, I try to stay in bed longer, letting my body relax to "sleep." However, when I start to "hear voices" or have visions (frequency shifts), I return to a waking state and try to observe the insights. This makes it easier for me, as I can enter the hypnagogic state several times: when I return from one and record it, I can quickly enter another.
Important detail: The annoying part is that, if I do this too often, my body understands that I want to go back to sleep and produces sleep hormones. This can cause a bit of a hangover. So, if you want to try this technique, be careful not to enter hypnagogia more than four or five times, so you don't end up falling asleep in the next few hours. Okay! 🙌🏻
