Transmutation through Lucidity: True Positivity Walks with Open Eyes.

Nowadays, we find a lot of advice about positivity and the Law of Attraction. That we have to be positive no matter what happens. In a way, this is good, but what do we do when we can't? Is everyone who talks about their problems a victim and toxic? Is covering up pain synonymous with strength? Can pretending that everything is fine help? ๐ค
In this post, we will analyze these issues with a little more empathy for our human side, but without giving up responsibility for what we vibrate. ๐
Only False Positivity Can Be Toxic.
This is not to say that positivity is toxic, because real positivity can never be toxic. Let's talk here about false positivity.
First of all, we have to understand that yes, we are always attracting what we vibrate. There is no pause for rest or for negative thinking. However, we have to keep in mind that we are human and that humans have feelings and face challenges. The issue is how we deal with our challenges.
There is no spiritual awakening without being present and embracing the shadows. Awakening is not just about knowing how the universe works, it also means being present to what we feel and getting out of automatic mode.
The universe is intelligent, it gives us what we vibrate through our feelings. When a person denies a problem or feeling, are they being present? Is that truly being positive? I don't think so. Because the feelings of those who deny themselves acceptance and humanity are not usually elevated. It could be a lack of self-love, guilt, shame, fear... ๐ฅ
"As above, so below" - The Kybalion.
Life is a mirror and everything we go through shows what is inside us (subconscious). If a person tries hard to "be positive" and continues to go through challenges, this may be because they don't want to look at what is inside them.
It is not always pleasant to look at our shadows and pain, it is much easier to deny and "think positive". However, if this action of changing your thinking doesn't work, it means it's time to understand which part of you is asking for help. In this case, it's only possible to transmute, transforming pain into learning. ๐ฆ
Concealed suffering can be much more harmful than negative thinking. Covering up what you feel means not accepting it. Forgiving ourselves is as important as forgiving others, even more so. Denying the feeling is the same as blaming yourself for feeling it. What this does is reenact on the outside what's inside you that isn't being seen and accepted.
It's Not Possible to "Trick" the Universe. ๐
The Universe is wise, it doesn't create useless situations or situations that have no connection with what's inside you. The best thing to do is not to deny a problem and think of good things, but to find what that challenge is trying to teach you.
For example, if someone complains about a problem with you, it can mean several things. This person may be talking about an issue that you have in common. People may vent to work on our empathy and compassion. It may be a reflection of beliefs about yourself, the other person, or the world. Who knows, it may be similar to a situation that was neglected in the past.
Concluding that the situation is just an undesirable attraction can make you miss a great opportunity for transmutation. ๐ง♀️
It seems easier to think that it is something outside of us, but it is just another trick of the ego. Avoiding people and calling them "toxic" without understanding why they are there can be useless. Avoiding without learning is like cutting off the heads of the Hydra; it only multiplies the number of people like that in your life.
Life is like a dream, when we dream, messages are passed on in a symbolic way and we need to know how to interpret them. The mind wants to see everything as external, even when life gives us signs, we think that it is just an undesirable situation that we have attracted.
Feelings are much more powerful than thoughts, which is why false positivity doesn't work. It can work for those who can achieve real happiness by pretending. However, we must remember that each person is unique and faces different challenges. Don't tell someone who is suffering to simply be positive. The experiences accumulated in that person's subconscious may demand more energetic work than yours.
One Day the "Bill" Comes. ๐
Even if the person attracts good things by acting, at some point the body asks for help. Then the "bill" comes, and the goals achieved by the lying mind are of no use.
How many lives will it take us to see what needs to be seen? Well, we are free to choose. I prefer to think beyond this fleeting life. Maybe I think this way because I have already felt the results of denial. I think that in this life the bill has come. Or maybe I chose to pay everything up front so as not to have interest.
When in doubt, I suggest not accumulating a mess to solve later. Leaving it to the last minute can hurt much more. ๐
