Reality: Desires and Manifestations.

Reality: Desires and Manifestations.

Everything we desire can become reality. Everything we feel and think is real — whether it is a reality produced by the mind, such as a virtual environment created for entertainment, or a symbolic representation of a story, memory or experience. Every reality born within the mind is first created by our feelings and materialized by our actions.

We are constantly creating and shaping our reality, even if we are not aware of it. Even if this reality seems confusing or imperceptible to our eyes, it exists. We co-create at every moment.

I speak of “co-creation” because we are not alone.

We live in a universe where multiple creative forces are active, transforming and renewing matter — whether physical or subtle — every fraction of time. However, our creation is autonomous. It does not depend on the permission of others.

We create what we feel.

The space of creation is determined mainly by the vibration of our emotions, followed by our thoughts and finally by our actions, concretizing this creative structure.

Every creation has a sender, a recipient and a destination. And it always moves — without limits, without rules, without judgment. But if we create without clarity, it is like sending a package with an incomplete address, the wrong sender or an undefined date. For example: if I send something to the recipient Mario, in the city of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, with an estimated arrival date of 08/07, and all the information is correct, this package will arrive. It can come by plane, ship or car, but it will arrive.

Now, if the address is correct, but the date is wrong, it will arrive — just outside the desired time. And if we get the contents of the package wrong? We ask for a striped shirt and receive a pink ballerina dress. Most people make mistakes when defining what they want or when they want it. Still, creation occurs, but in a way that is not aligned with what we really want.

Feeling creates. Thinking solidifies. Acting materializes.

Feeling creates. Thinking solidifies. Acting materializes.

When we desire something, we already have a sender (the universe) and a recipient (you) defined. This is part of co-creation. It is up to you to define two fundamental points: what exactly you want (the content of the package) and when you want it to manifest (the delivery date).

Knowing what we really want is essential. Do you want a snack, a milkshake, an apartment, a cottage? Do you want the “dream life” that you co-created in detail or another experience, but that will truly bring fulfillment to your soul?

We live in a school of consciousness.

From an early age, we learn to desire what others want for us. We learn how we should be, act, feel and have. We create based on these social permissions — often disconnected from ourselves. This makes us live in a reality shaped by beliefs and dogmas. So, DON'T LET THIS SHAPE YOU. BREAK OUT OF ALL THE MOLDS AND BE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE, WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO EXPERIENCE.

But stop and ask yourself:

What do I really want? And what is the true emotion behind this desire? What and how do I think about it? How do I act? Is everything aligned with my desire?

Be present. Feel what you really want. See what you ARE ACTUALLY CO-CREATING at this EXACT MOMENT.

Observe.

Analyze.

Reflect.

And above all: FEEL.
