Pain as a Plea for Awareness — A Poem about Self-Empathy and Presence.
This poem arises from observing pain as language — not as an "error," not as a spiritual "failure," but as a legitimate signal from the body, soul and subconscious seeking reorganization and care.
Not all pain is negativity. Not every crisis is weakness. There are experiences that ask us to listen before seeking solutions, to be present before judging and to accept before correcting.
Each being lives in a different structure, with stories that don't all begin from the same point. Therefore, more than interpreting or comparing, perhaps it's time to learn to honor the paths traveled.
Pain, whether in its physical or emotional form, is an expression — not a request for silence, but a guideline for understanding its origin.
This poem is an invitation to broaden perception.
Pain as a Request for Consciousness:
brings its own perception.
When feeling hurts —
there is something to see.
It's not about looking and seeing pain,
but rather having the awareness
to heal what is seen.
All pain deserves to be heard.
Cared for…
Transmuted…
And, with affection, embraced.
Crises are the body
asking for a solution.
A cry for help
from the heart itself.
Asking for new directions
for evolution.
Change of attitude.
Respect.
Understanding…
Not all pain responds
to the same care…
different learning.
Some wounds are superficial,
while others…
are deep and complex.
The longer it remains silent,
the deeper the wound becomes…
Deep.
Painful.
And asking for peace.
There are children…
who are born wounded,
in hostile environments,
without love or harmony.
Each Being…
is a unique universe.
Some bodies are simple.
Others…
TOO intense.
For each structure,
the challenge is unique.
And each process is unique
in the way it heals.
It's uncertain to compare paths,
if there are opposing trails.
But we can honor each step,
with resilience and empathy.
Expanding consciousness
everyone can choose…
But the level surpassed
is only known by —
those who FEEL the Being. ๐ป
