The Correspondence Between Environment and Personal Energy: Houses Crying for Help.
There's a very easy mistake to make on the path to self-knowledge: believing that everything we feel, everything that blocks our evolution, is only within us.
And, in fact, a large part of our process is internal — accumulated emotions, beliefs, unhealed pains — but there's a point we often forget: we don't exist in isolation from the space around us.
We are multidimensional beings living within environments that breathe, register, and respond to our energy.
Just as the physical body is only one of our layers, we also carry an emotional, mental, and spiritual body. They interpenetrate, overlap, and even if they are not visible to the eye, they are in constant motion around us.
Your mind is not trapped inside your head, nor is your emotional field limited to your chest, they are all around us, literally like overlapping bodies in another vibrational dimension.
Every emotion we feel — sadness, joy, anger, fear, love — is not confined within our skin. It vibrates, expands, expresses itself, leaves traces, or spreads light.
When we think about environments, especially those where we live daily, we need to remember this: our subtle bodies communicate with the space.
When the House Speaks What We Try to Silence ๐ญ
Imagine a house where the inhabitants live swallowing their feelings.
They cry inwardly, hold onto pain, don't ask for help, don't talk about what they feel.
Emotional energy needs to go somewhere.
Part of it somatizes in the physical body; another part settles in the environment.
And when this dynamic lasts for months, years, decades… the space becomes a perfect reflection of what is being ignored, and then this energy literally begins to "leak" into the physical world.
This is where the Universal Law of Correspondence presents itself with all its clarity:
"What is inside is like what is outside."
A house burdened by intense emotions begins to express this in the form of constantly leaking faucets, recurring leaks, dripping water, and so on. All the water not processed by the residents begins to leak, and then the overburdened house seeks to find balance somehow, which is why these incidents begin to occur.
The House that “cried” for help ๐️
Recently, while conducting an energy analysis of a client's home, I experienced a symbolic and profoundly revealing phenomenon.
As I always do when performing energy readings through radiesthesia, I was in an alpha state, concentrated with the pendulum, in complete silence.
That's when an old song began to play in my mind, as if someone had turned on an invisible radio. The song was "Cry for Help" by Rick Astley (who I didn't even remember existed).
And the chorus insisted:
“Cry for help is all I need. All I need is a cry for help.”
While analyzing the energy of the environment, I immediately realized: it was no surprise to see that the house vibrated at the frequency of Sadness (75hz).
When I sent the report to the client, I decided to share the song — even without fully understanding why. I asked her to look at the lyrics carefully and say if she knew them or if they had any meaning for her.
After listening, she replied:
“That woman in the song… is me.”
She never asked for help.
She carried everything alone.
And the house was literally reflecting the pain she herself didn't express.
Here's the big revelation:
She sought help because she felt the environment was heavy.
And the environment, in turn, was only showing what she herself was experiencing emotionally.
Environment and person.
A perfect mirror.
Space Absorbs You — Just As Much As You Absorb Space ๐
The reflection that remains is simple, yet indispensable:
How many emotions has your environment sustained lately?
And more:
▫️ How many arguments?
▫️ How many nights of unexpressed tears?
▫️ How many worries kept in silence?
▫️ How many fears hidden in the corners of your chest?
If you arrive home and feel tired, tight, discouraged, short of breath, stagnant…
The problem isn't always "inside."
Sometimes, the space is as burdened as your emotional body.
And, in the same way that you become overloaded… so does the environment.
Environments hold stories, memories, and also have their own vibration.
Just as clothing absorbs perfume, just as a wall absorbs smoke, a home absorbs emotions.
Environments as Living Egregores ๐️
Every place we frequent — home, work, offices, gyms, temples — possesses an egregore, a collective vibration and shared emotional frequency.
And this egregore influences your mood, your thoughts, and even your vitality.
In the same way, you also influence the egregore.
We are co-creators of the field in which we move.
Therefore, taking care of emotions is also taking care of the environment.
And taking care of the environment facilitates the internal process.
Energy Self-Responsibility ๐ง♀️
This is the final call:
▫️ Don't let loose emotions linger around you.
▫️ Don't allow repressed feelings to become walls full of dampness or continuous leaks.
▫️ Don't allow your home to be a silent witness to what you avoid facing.
Transmuting, releasing, cleansing — inside and out — is part of the same responsibility.
Environment and person are a dance. ๐ซ
And only when the two are in balance does evolution flow.
