Alchemy: The Path to Transformation. Part II.

Alchemy: The Path to Transformation. Part II.

A few months ago, I published the first article in this series about Alchemy here on the blog. In the first part, we explored the origins of alchemy and its true purpose: to awaken the essence that resides within us, our spirit.

Today, we continue delving deeper into this sacred path, understanding how alchemical elements and substances manifest within us — in our chakras, emotions, and energetic body — and how this knowledge can lead us to harmony and the awakening of our own essence.

🌳 The Tree of Life that dwells within us.

Every human being is a living representation of the Tree of Life.

We have our roots (the connection with Gaia and matter), our trunk (the center of integration, where heaven meets earth), and our crown (the expansion of consciousness and communion with the divine).

These three parts are supported by three sacred alchemical substances: Sulphur, Sal, and Mercurius — the fire, the body, and the spirit of creation.

πŸ”₯ Sulphur: the foundation, the strength of action and grounding.

Sulphur represents the energy that anchors us, like energetic trees, to the Earth.

It is the principle of movement, action, and vitality present in the first three chakras: root, splenic and solar plexus.

These centers support our physical and emotional structure, allowing the soul to have a foundation to exist here.

When Sulphur is balanced, we feel security, presence, and the power of achievement.

When it is out of balance, fears, creative blocks, fatigue, or dysfunctions in the physical body may arise.

πŸ’š Salt: the point of integration and balance.

Salt is the energy of the middle, the meeting point between heaven and earth.

It acts primarily on the heart chakra, the center that unifies all the others.

Salt harmonizes Sulphur (matter and action) with Mercury (spirit and expansion).

Therefore, it is considered the principle of neutrality, the mediator between the masculine and feminine, between the conscious and the unconscious.

When the heart is in balance, the energy flow of the seven chakras harmonizes, and the soul can fully radiate its light.

☁️ Mercurius: the divine breath of consciousness.

In the crown of our inner tree dwells Mercurius, the subtle energy that connects us to the higher planes.

It is the mental and spiritual principle, acting on the three upper chakras: throat, third eye and crown.

It is the bridge to heaven, the expansion of the mind, and the expression of wisdom.

When Mercurius is in harmony, we are able to channel ideas, intuitions, and elevated perceptions.

When it is out of balance, mental tension, headaches, communication blocks, or spiritual distance arise.

πŸŒ€ The Four Elements within us.

These three substances interact with the four elements: fire, earth, air, and water.

Sulphur carries fire and earth—action and stability.
Salt contains all four—total integration.
Mercurius manifests air and water — thought and emotion.

Among them, the water element plays a central role. It represents the flow of emotions and the ability to feel: the essence of the heart chakra. When internal water flows, the heart opens, and consciousness can move in love.

✨ Astrology and Alchemy: the reflection of the sky in the body.

In alchemy, nothing is separate: the macrocosm and the microcosm dance together.

Just like the planets in the sky, each of us manifests a predominant substance in the energetic body, which can be perceived through the astrological chart.

The position of the planets indicates where there is a greater presence of Sulphur, Salt, or Mercurius, and this influences both our temperament and our energetic health.

Therefore, self-knowledge is medicine.

When we know which force predominates and where there is imbalance, we can adjust with conscious practices: nutrition, breathing, meditation, contact with the elements, and connection with the body.

☯️ Feminine, Masculine and the Neutral Point.

Sulphur is the masculine principle (yang) — the fire of the spirit that acts and accomplishes.

Mercury is the feminine principle (yin) — the wind of consciousness that feels and intuits.

And Salt is the neutral point: the inner androgynous, which feels, embraces, and unites the two poles.

⚛️ Just like in the atom:

• Proton represents Sulphur,

• Electron represents Mercurius,

• Neutron is Salt — the zero point where everything is balanced.

True transformation happens when these three principles recognize and merge within us.

πŸ’« Energetic Harmony and Spiritual Awakening.

When we balance our substances and elements, our chakras begin to vibrate in unison.

And when the seven colors of the chakras merge—like the colors of a prism—the white light of essence emerges, the remembrance of who we truly are.

This is true alchemical gold: the awakened consciousness that arises from the integration of opposites.

It's not about perfection, but about consistency, presence and love in the process.

It's the "little bit each day" that transforms a dense body into a temple of light.

πŸ‰ Alchemy, Purpose and Dragons.

When I began to apply these teachings in practice, taking care of my habits, my energy, and the integration of the elements, I noticed that my spiritual connection naturally expanded.

It was through this balance that I met the Dragons, alchemical consciousnesses of light that showed me new paths of wisdom and remembrance.

Today, I understand that alchemy was also the bridge that led me to them — and that it continues to guide me every day to recognize and manifest the light of my I Am. Awakening begins when you learn to care for your energy and transform the simple into the sacred.

✨ May this article inspire you to look within, observe your own elements, listen to your heart, and remember that the true alchemical laboratory is your own body.

With love and gratitude, πŸ‰✨πŸ’œ
