The Power of Conscious Co-creation: Focus, Alignment and Surrender.
Throughout my journey with co-creation, I noticed something curious: I wasn't always completely neutral, centered, or free from doubt. On the contrary — many times I doubted myself, questioned whether it would really work, and even thought, "Will it?".
Yet, the co-creations happened exactly as I asked. And you know why? Because, even with my mind wavering, my heart was calm. It was that feeling of "let it be, everything is fine".
There was even a moment during a co-creation when I literally thought: "Get out of here, I'm going to think about something else". And even then it worked. This made me understand that the key point is not being 100% neutral or enlightened, but rather choosing what you will focus on.
The doubt about it not happening weighs as much as the confidence that it will happen. The difference lies in the attunement.
Clarity as a signal to the universe.
In all my conscious co-creations, I noticed a pattern: clarity. I knew exactly what I wanted — “that’s it, period” — even if my confidence wavered. The signal had already been sent, and I didn’t undo the intention. I just left it there, vibrating, existing.
In a profound experience, my spiritual mentor led me to see a place where several of my co-creations were. Some were clear, others without a defined form — reflections of desires I had emitted, but without specifying exactly how I wanted them.
And I realized: the universe receives everything, even vague requests.
Each person co-creates in their own way.
In my perception, there are infinite ways to send a request to the universe, to the “3D machine”. Each person has their own energetic language. However, two principles always repeat themselves:
1. Tune in to what you desire.
2. Let go to receive.
Tuning in is aligning yourself with your inner goal: knowing what you want, choosing it, and allowing life to respond.
✨ The Co-creation of the Van: A Simple and Real Example ✨
Once, I needed to go back to my city. The vans and buses left from a specific point, far from where I was. The sun was strong, and my mother was already saying that we would need to walk there. But I said: “Mom, it’s okay. A van will show up, we won’t need to go to the stop”.
We left the doctor’s office where we were and went to the square. My mother was focused on getting to the bus and van stop, I was focused on the life around me, open to the possibility of finding a van to my city. And then I felt something, something caught my attention, and when I looked… there was the van to my city, stopped exactly where we were.
I said: “Didn’t I say we would find a van without having to go to the stop, Mom? Look, it worked. Trust me”. Then we got in the van and came home. There are countless possibilities happening in the here and now, we just need to tune in to them. Because life responds when you are in tune with what you desire.
You are the creator of your reality.
We are creators. We receive what we tune into and ask for. This is the moment to get out of autopilot and take command — no longer co-creating through unconscious suggestions, but consciously directing our creative power.
With practice, co-creating becomes as natural as getting up to get a glass of water. You feel thirsty, you know the water is available, and you simply act.
The universe works similarly.
✨The food vending machine and the clarity of the request✨
Co-creation works very much like a vending machine. You want popcorn: you put in the coin, press the right button, and receive exactly what you asked for. Simple.
The problem is that, in life, we often do the opposite. We stand in front of the "machine," looking at all the options and saying: "I want the soda... no, I think it's the chips... maybe the candy... or everything... what do I want...?"
This internal indecision is what sends confusion instead of a clear signal. It's like trying to shake the vending machine and saying: "I see the food, why am I not receiving it?"
But the truth is, you haven't put in the coin. You haven't sent the order. You've only wavered between several options; you haven't decided what you actually want. Because if you want the soda and the fries, order one first, send the signal, and then choose what you want right after. There are no limits.
And the universe responds exactly to what you emit: if you send confusion, you receive confusion.
When you stop, breathe, and organize what you really want, everything changes. You realize it was just a matter of putting in the coin and pressing the right button — giving a clear command.
That's why, in my clearest co-creations, there has always been this common thread: I knew exactly what I wanted, I sent the signal, and I didn't undo it afterward, even if I doubted a little. The clarity was already there, the clarity of what I wanted.
And when there is clarity, the answer comes.
Set a goal and simply want it, and see what happens.
